Applying for a TOP Scholarship
TOP Program Requirements
Under the College's NSF Technology Opportunity Pathway (TOP) program, students who
are enrolled full-time in the following career (AAS) and transfer (AS) programs
may apply for an TOP Scholarship:
- Computer Information Systems (AS)
- Computer Systems and Network Technologies (AAS)
- Computer Support and Operations (AAS)
- Engineering Science (AS)
- Drafting (AAS)
- Liberal Arts: Math / Science (AS)
Eligibility criteria requires:
- students are full-time with a declared degree in one of the above programs
- demonstrate academic potential or ability (minimum 2.5 GPA or equivalent), and
- demonstrate financial need as defined by Federal financial aid guidelines.

Applying for the Scholarship
When applying for a TOP Scholarship, you need to:
- Meet the program requirements and eligibility criteria
- Fill out an application for financial aid
- Complete the TOP application and submit it by the due date
- New students: have two instructors fill out the recommendation form above and submit it by the due date. (One recommendation must be from an instructor in one of the core areas listed below.)
